My fitness journey became deeply personal after undergoing three spinal surgeries beginning in 2019. Those experiences completely changed the way I looked at movement, health, and something I had once taken for granted—simply being able to use my body.

After surgery, fitness was no longer just about how I looked. It became about rebuilding my strength, learning what my body was still capable of, and appreciating the opportunity to move again. Every small win meant something, and that process taught me patience, discipline, and a whole new level of gratitude for my health.

I’m not a fitness coach or personal trainer, and I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I’m simply a woman sharing my real journey—the at-home workouts, movement, meal ideas, wellness habits, setbacks, lessons, and progress that have helped me become stronger along the way.

Somewhere in that journey, something unexpected happened: a community began growing around me. People saw pieces of themselves in my story, started moving with me, and reminded me that sometimes simply sharing your experience can encourage someone else to begin theirs.

If anything I share inspires someone to start where they are, believe in themselves again, make their health a priority, and keep showing up even when the journey isn’t perfect, then I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to do.
